Inspection:
We have our own QC department in our factory to make sure that all our products are in very good quality before ship out to our customers.
Quality Control:
Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be same as mass production.
We will be tracing the different process of production from the beginning.
Every window film quality checked before packing.
Before deliver clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Payment terms:
Customer first, credit first. New Vision have the flexible payment terms as below:
(1) 30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance before shipment.
(2) 50% deposit T/T in advance, the balance against B/L Copy.
(3) 30% deposit T/T in advance, 40% when the goods finished, 30% when arrive the port.
(4) Western Union - 100% payment for sample order.
(5) Paypal - 100% payment for sample order
(6) Money Gram - 100% payment for sample order.
(7) 30% deposit, the balance L/C at sight.
After Sales Service:
Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.
Any problem happening in our films will be solved in time.
We always offer relative technical support, quick response, all your inquiry will be replied within 24 hours.
1) Shipment: We will ship out your order within 5-20working days after 30% deposite, and we will offer fast shipping for small order such as UPS, DHL, FedEX with 6-8days, in case of any delay, we will let you know in advance. If for large quantity order, we would like to suggest you ship by sea, the shipping cost will more lower.
